Little Explorers Play Hire Policy
Booking and Payment
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required upon booking to secure your reservation with Little Explorers Play Hire. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance for your booking is required to be paid in full no later than two weeks before your scheduled event. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations and Refunds
Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that the initial deposit of £50.00 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that your event is unable to proceed due to weather conditions or venue restrictions, we advise you to make alternative arrangements. If alternative arrangements cannot be made, Little Explorers Play Hire will issue a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
Usage and Restrictions
Outdoor Use: Our bounce house is only permitted for outdoor use during the summer months. This policy ensures the safety and longevity of our equipment. Bookings for outdoor use outside of the summer months will not be accepted.

Commitment to Safety
At Little Explorers, the safety of your children is our top priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, it is imperative that a responsible adult is present at all times while our play equipment is in use.
Terms and Conditions for Hire
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions for the hire of Little Explorers Natural Rainbow Bounce House.
Responsibility and Liability:
Little Explorers does not accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused while our products are under hire to you, the named hirer.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring easy access for delivery and sufficient space for setup. The Bounce House requires approximately 10ft by 10ft. Additional space is needed when hiring the Soft Play together.
Cancellation Policy:
Little Explorers reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time if deemed necessary, such as in extreme weather conditions.
The final balance must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking.
Usage Restrictions:
The Bounce House is strictly for children under the age of 10 or those not taller than the inside walls. Adults are not permitted to use the inflatable to avoid damage and potential charges.
No signs, banners, or posters are to be attached to the unit at any time.
Supervision:
A competent and responsible adult must supervise the unit at all times. The unit cannot be left unattended.
For additional supervision, Little Explorers can provide a play engineer at £20.00 per hour, booked in advance.
Safety Procedures:
When not in use, the unit must be switched off after all children have exited. Children must not enter the Bounce House while it is deflating due to the risk of suffocation.
If hired overnight, all equipment must be stored safely indoors.
Shoes must be removed before entering the inflatable, and socks must be worn at all times. No food or drink is allowed on the inflatable.
No rough play or climbing on the walls of the inflatable.
Care and Maintenance:
The hirer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred while the products are in their possession. Damaged or misplaced items will incur charges.
Units returned in a dirty or misused condition will be subject to a cleaning charge.
Only Little Explorers Play Engineers are authorized to collect the inflatable. Equipment should not be handed over to anyone else.
Additional Safety Measures:

Outdoor hire can only be permitted on real grass. Fake grass or concrete is not permitted with the bounce house -the soft play alone can be placed on fake grass.
Extra care should be taken with extension cables. Little Explorers can provide extension cables and wire covers to reduce hazards.

No water is permitted on the soft play equipment or bounce house.

No Face Paints are allowed on the bounce house or play area as this can damage the equipment.
​
No confetti balloons are permitted next to the soft play or confetti cannons.
Regularly check the inflation fan to ensure it is free of rubbish or debris.
The maximum number of children allowed on the Neutral Rainbow Bounce House at one time is four.
Weather Conditions:
The Bounce House must be staked down at all times. Do not use the inflatable in high wind or very bad weather conditions. Outdoor hire is only permitted during the summer months.
